Located in Jardins, São Paulo, Leila restaurant is part of the universe of the Tânia Bulhões brand, a reference in Brazil when it comes to hosting with excellence. The space was created with the purpose of translating this philosophy into gastronomy, offering a cuisine that blends influences from Minas Gerais with French culinary references. Set in an imposing mansion in one of the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods, the restaurant proposes an experience that brings together gastronomy, hospitality, and aesthetics. Every detail of the space has been designed to reflect the brand’s signature sophistication.

THE CHALLENGE
When Leila opened, the uniforms worn by the team did not yet reflect the level of sophistication and the atmosphere of the space. For a restaurant where service and customer experience are central elements, it was essential that the team visually conveyed the same elegance present in the environment.
Beyond aesthetics, there were also important operational challenges. The uniforms needed to withstand the intensity of a restaurant’s daily routine, with fabrics that would maintain a polished appearance over time, be easy to care for, and consistently convey an image of attention to detail and excellence.
The challenge, therefore, was to create a solution that balanced elegance, functionality, and durability, translating the essence of the restaurant while addressing the practical needs of the operation.
THE SOLUTION
To develop the project, Dash Creative Studio drew inspiration from timeless classics in international hospitality. Traditional restaurants in cities such as New York served as references for an elegant and enduring visual language, capable of transcending trends.
The chosen solution incorporated classic elements from the restaurant universe: green striped shirts, full-length aprons in the same tone, and khaki trousers. The combination creates a sophisticated and functional look, aligned with the restaurant’s atmosphere.
More than an aesthetic choice, the project prioritized garments designed for the intensity of daily operations, using durable, easy-care materials.
THE RESULT
The result is a uniform that communicates elegance, organization, and timelessness, visually translating the Leila experience: a restaurant that values the tradition of hospitality with a contemporary and refined approach.
